Michael Guthammar

Mr. Guthammar has worked as a senior advisor with Lenox Hill Capital Advisors since 2006. Mr. Guthammar is a co-founder of PME Capital LLC, which assists international companies with financing for acquisitions in the United States and invests in private mezzanine and equity transactions. Mr. Guthammar is also the founder of Windeye Partners, which provides advice to emerging and developing growth companies regarding corporate finance, business valuations and mergers & acquisitions in the United States, Europe and Asia.  with a primary focus on the information, communications and healthcare technology sectors.

Previously Mr. Guthammar spent ten years with Fredericks Michael & Co., a mergers & acquisitions advisory firm focused on cross-border middle-market transactions between Europe, the United States and Latin America, where he was a Managing Director and shareholder. Earlier in his career, Mr. Guthammar was the deputy head of M&A for the Americas at Crédit Lyonnais, and was a Vice President at UI, the merchant banking arm of Credit Agricole, with involvement in M&A, corporate finance, venture capital and private equity transactions.

Mr. Guthammar is a Certified Valuation Analyst with the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA).  He received an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a business degree from the Stockholm School of Economics.
