1.31.14 // Lenox Hill Capital announces the sale of Watford Place to Aries Residence Suites
Watford City, North Dakota – January 31, 2014 – Lenox Hill Capital Advisors is pleased to announce that its client, RD Midwest, LLC has completed the sale of its Watford Place property to the Aries Residence Suites business unit of Reliant Asset Management. Following this acquisition Aries will offer expanded workforce housing and related services to North Dakota’s oil producing Bakken region.
The acquisition was effective as of January 31, 2014. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed by the parties. Lenox Hill Capital Advisors served as the exclusive financial advisor to RD Midwest. The Lenox Hill Capital team worked closely with RD Midwest’s management and owners to explore strategic alternatives and coordinate the sale process.
